In January 2010 Andy decided to launch the Milamber Group and the other business units of Milamber. He has been running the Milamber Consulting business unit since 2001 providing services to early stage companies. In the Autumn of 2009 Andy began preparations for the launch of Milamber Digital and Milamber Investments.

In 2003 Andy co-founded 50 Lessons Limited and as CEO built this digital media company that produced, owned, and distributed the award-winning ‘Fifty Lessons Library’, the world’s pre-eminent collection of multimedia insights from global business leaders.

In September 2007 he led the acquisition of Truman Company, Inc., so that together with 50 Lessons they would create the Soundbridge Group, a UK holding company with operational headquarters just outside of Boston, Massachusetts, USA in which he became Senior Executive Director of the Board and was President and Group Chief Commercial Officer.

In June of 2008 he led the acquisition of Insight Learning Media Limited, a Hong Kong and Chinese based business which then spearheaded setting up operations in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Beijing to deploy the Group’s products in to the Chinese market.

50 Lessons, with initial funding from BBC Worldwide and Venrex (I) LLP, has today filmed 200+ of the world’s top business leaders and captured on film their most important business lessons. These lessons are housed in a digital library and sold via various channels to 350+ corporate customers and academic institutions globally, on an annual recurring subscription based revenue model, either direct to customers or via a distribution network of 35+ local and global partners such as Harvard Business School Publishing, Pearson Performance Solutions, Element K and local country-specific market leading brands.

Andy Hasoon has co-authored the best selling ‘Lessons Learned’ series – a 12 book series – published by Harvard Business School Press, and announced the signing of a second 12 book series while ringing the closing bell for NASDAQ on the 12th January 2009 with Jeff Hayzlett the Chief Marketing Officer of Eastman Kodak.

Soundbridge Group grew from $2.85m turnover in 2007 to $7.05m in 2008, a growth of 148%, and the Group generated operating profits from Q3 2008 onwards. Andy stepped down from active management of the Group in July 2009 and from the Group Board in November 2009 to pursue other interests.
